  • Freelance journalists with demonstrable recent coverage of AI, enterprise technology, or related fields
  • Podcast hosts and producers with an established audience covering business, tech, or AI topics
  • Industry analysts or research professionals publishing original content for distribution
  • Newsletter authors with a verified subscriber base covering AI or enterprise technology
  • Documentary or video journalists covering AI and its societal or business impact
  • Academic researchers with active public-facing publication or media presence
Not eligible for a media pass
  • Marketing, PR, or communications professionals representing a vendor or technology company
  • Content creators producing primarily promotional or sponsored content for tech brands
  • Bloggers or social media influencers without verifiable editorial independence
  • Employees of AI or technology product/service companies seeking press access as an alternative to purchasing a ticket or sponsorship
  • Startup founders, consultants, or advisors seeking attendance without purchasing a pass
  • Student journalists without a formal assignment from an accredited outlet

Complete the media credential request form with your outlet, beat, and links to recent coverage. Applications open now.

Editorial Review
Our team reviews each application individually. We assess editorial independence, relevance, and audience reach. Expect a response within 5 business days.

Credential Issued
Approved applicants receive a confirmation email with credential details and pre-event logistics closer to the event date.
04
Pick Up On-Site
Collect your press badge at the media check-in desk on the day of arrival. A valid ID matching your application is required.
